How Does The NDAX Referral Offer Work?

1. Open the link before you register. The offer attaches to the referral link you sign up through, so click it first. Mine is here.
2. Verify your identity. NDAX is a registered Canadian platform, so ID checks are part of the process.
3. Deposit at least CAD 100. Interac e-Transfer is free to deposit and is processed within 0 to 30 minutes, according to NDAX's fee page.
4. Check your account for the credit. If it does not appear, contact NDAX support with the date of your deposit.

Is NDAX Worth Opening An Account For Beyond The Bonus?

The bonus is small, and I would not pick an exchange for CAD 10. The reason NDAX sits at number 8 in my ranking is the fee. It charges a flat 0.20% on every buy and sell, the lowest published rate among the registered platforms I track. Kraken Pro starts at 0.40% maker and 0.80% taker, and Wealthsimple charges 0.5% plus a spread on standard orders.

How Does NDAX Compare With Other Registered Platforms On Cost?

Take a CAD 1,000 buy as an example. At NDAX's flat 0.20%, the stated fee is CAD 2, and selling the same amount costs about CAD 2 again. A 1% structure costs CAD 10 each way. The arithmetic is mine from the published rates, and real spreads on market orders can add to it, so the live quote is the final word.

What Are The Catches In The NDAX Referral Offer?

• The bonus is CAD 10. It is a small credit, so do not choose a platform for it.
• You need a CAD 100 deposit. NDAX requires at least that amount, though no trade is needed.
• Only Canadian residents qualify. NDAX says the referral program is currently for verified Canadian residents.
• Offers change. This table reflects NDAX's own page on the day I checked, October 2, 2026.
• Verification comes first. The credit follows verification, which means ID checks and a short wait.

What Does NDAX Say About Security?

NDAX's homepage describes cold and hot wallet storage, multi-signature authorization, MPC protection and regular security audits. The pages I checked gave no insurance dollar figure and no proof-of-reserves report. That is not an accusation, and it is the same gap I see on several platforms. It does mean that for amounts you cannot afford to lose, you should withdraw to your own wallet. See my wallet ranking.

Is There An NDAX App?

Yes. On October 1, 2026, the NDAX iPhone app showed a 4.75 rating from 15,225 ratings in the Canadian App Store, and the Android app showed 4.7 on Google Play from about 5.85K reviews with 100K+ downloads. Store ratings are a noisy signal, but a high score across thousands of reviews is at least a sign the app works.

What Is NDAX Not Good At?

It has fewer coins than Kraken or Coinbase, with 77 base assets on its public API, and I found no derivatives or margin trading for Canadians. Staking is opt-in with a 20% administration fee on rewards, which is worth weighing against the alternatives in my staking guide. If you want the biggest menu, look at Kraken or Coinbase.
